Manage employee benefits online
E.A.S.E. is a powerful tool that streamlines employee benefits data online for both large and small employers. The more information is entered, the more it can do. In addition to health insurance applications and management, employers can utilize services such as employee handbooks, a forms library, vacation schedules, online enrollment, benefits elections and more.
Small group employers
The health insurance application process for small group employers is simplified using E.A.S.E. Employees complete the online application, which populates the required health history forms of the four major carriers: Name, Name, Name and Name. Repetition of data entry is eliminated. E.A.S.E. is HIPAA compliant and consolidates information securely for future use.
Large group employers
Even large group employers, who are not required to complete health histories, find the system useful to track individual insurance and benefits information and provide year-end benefit statements to their employees (a service we provide at no additional cost).
